Awake Is The New Sleep, Ben Lee: Thumbs downer
Pick A Bigger Weapon, The Coup: A gamble purchase, has a couple hot tracks.
The Stranger, Billy Joel: Cornhole Rockin!
Fear of Music, Talking Heads: Dudes are strange, but its growing on me.

And Wilco's new album Sky Blue Sky is on its way via UPS.

Turkey Gives Me Gas

So apparently on May 15th nobody is supposed to purchase gas. This ridiculous and pointless gesture is some people's way of stickin' it to Big Oil. That shouldn't be a problem for me. I haven't bought gas in almost a year and half.

If you want to stick it to the oil companies then buy a Hybrid car.

Bitches Ain't Shit

So there's this commercial I keep seeing on TV for "What Will It Take" which is some kind of Chicago organization that's trying to end abuse of women. In this commercial they go from person to person going over what it will take to end the abuse. One guy, with his kid on his lap says, "teaching my son that a woman will never be called bitch." Whuh?! Did they just say that on TV? Apparently so.
