Middle Earth Madness
Yesterday's all day long Lord of the Rings marathon was a large success. It took us about 12 and a half hours to finish the whole thing which included small breaks in between movies and DVD changes. To supplement the event, we made some special ubergeek snacks that included Aracorn, Lembas Bread, Deadly Marsh Punch, and Pippinroni Pizza. The brave Fellowship of the Madness that began and completed this quest included Laura, Jon, Pat son of Ronald, and me. Lauren came by way late and was here for half of the last movie. Poor Matt Cohen was our fallen soldier though. He came with intentions of going the distance, but lasted only a movie and a half. Charlie and Matt didn't even attempt the challenge so they fled and sought refuge elsewhere.
