Back in my college and high school days I thought that once I entered the work-force I wouldn't have to deal with as much dumb ass people. Golly gee was I was wrong. I figured the dumb asses would just kinda dissapear, or be weeded out. Instead, they just got jobs with companies I have to deal with.

And in my experience, most of them tend to hold managerial positions! (ummm, now that I actually think about it, you should totally disregard the above comment if you yourself happen to be any type of manager) :)
