Canned

This past Saturday I fired someone for the first time ever. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. And just so we're straight this person had it coming, and I'm pretty sure he wanted to get fired so that he could collect unemployment. I've been wanting this guy to go away for about a year now, and I'm glad he's finally out of our sight.

This wasn't a, "We're firing you so we can take more to our bottom line" kind of firing. It was a "You don't do shit while you're here and you're an asshole to everyone" kind of thing.
