Blue Collar Missed This City
I've been in Chicago now for 2 1/2 months and while there are numerous differences between here and Greenville I just want to point out a couple. First, the number of camouflage hats I've seen my whole time here is equal to the amount I would see in 1 day in Greenville. Second, I have not heard one person yet say "Git-R-Done" which was a daily occurrence in Greenville. Especially on the days I worked at the Steakhouse.

i will not miss "git-r-done" at all. hopefully, i end up somewhere where that is said less than here, which is pretty much anywhere.

GOD that phrase bugs me.

I've heard it in advertisements. My own FAMILY wanted to use that on t-shirts for the computer business they started, and I had to talk them out of it by threatening copyright infringement. Even then, they started thinking of ways to alter it so it wouldn't exactly match Larry the Cable Guy. Ugggggggh...
