I Fought The Wasabi, and The Wasabi Won
Last night I wanted to have a Japanese Hibachi type meal so I cooked up some chicken, rice, zucchini, and onions. I wanted to get some of that white sauce shit they have at the restaurants, but when I was at the store I couldn't see anything like that for sale and I have no idea how to make it. Instead I found some wasabi horseradish, so I thought that might be good. Hell, wasabi is Japanese so its got to go together, right? Let me tell you what, that stuff kicked my ass. Just a small bit made my sinuses explode. So much for that.
