think about it in terms of girls. if a girl is relaxed, you can figure she's chill, and down for whatever; maybe even some watersports or something. if she's loose, she's just a slut, and has been everywhere. think roast beef.
You can also think of it in the terms of your own nuts. If they are relaxed then there just chillin in the pants having a good time. If they are loose there all slappin up against your leg cause big trouble.
