Rocking Rabbit
My friend Evan at Univ of South Carolina made this animation at his internship. Check it out and make sure your speakers are on. Check, check, check it out.

Rocking Rednecks
At Food Lion today I saw some old dude wearing this shirt that had a huge fucking fish on the back eating a smaller fish. Right above that it said in huge letters "Let's Rock." Rednecks is crazy.

Phounders Day Fat Blues
I strolled over to campus today for the Founders Day celebration to check out the live music and free food. The Kelly Bell Band was there doing their thing, and I always enjoy one of their shows. Pat unfortunately couldn't make it since he's in the VA doing spring break stuff. Since I rubbed it in earlier that I was going to see them and he couldn't (professional asshole here) I thought I'd at least try and make up for it by calling him during the song Dear Maggie (which is the latest Featured Flava by the way). While listening on the phone, every once in a while I would hear him singing along (sometimes changing Maggie to Brad) and giving the ocaisional "Yes!" I hope he accompanied with the trademark hand motion he does that I have so lovingly adopted as well.

On a seperate note, I hate the latest trends in female sunglasses. They got the big beetle bug eyed ones, the winged ones, and shit like that. Shit looks dumb ladies.

Blackmail Material
Thanks to Pat we have some video footage from my 22nd Bday party last week. Apparently his camera not only does pictures, but video and audio as well. I didn't know about that last week when he was doing it so that should explain why I was posing for the camera. Anyways, here you go.

Happy Jesus Zombie Day
Today is the day where here in America we celebrate Easter by telling stories of a giant humanoid rabbit that goes around hiding eggs and candy all over people's houses for their children to find and blindly consume. But what is Easter really about? Easter is the day where folklore tells us that Jesus arose from the dead. To this day, the zombie form of Jesus still walks the Earth and everything he kills, gets up and kills. So on this glorious holy day keep your eyes peeled and don't allow yourself to become another victim of...DUH DUH DUH...Jesus Zombie!

Blues For The Blues
The other day I was poking around on the internet and I saw a list of musical acts playing in Chicago this weekend. What I found made me sad I'm not there and that Greenville sucks as many balls as it does. Last night Tommy Castro was playing so I could have heard some great songs such as Lucky In Love. If that didn't make it hard enough, tomorrow night The Subdudes are also playing somewhere in Chicago so if I was there I could be listening to Do Me a Favor.

Damn you Greenville and your good music hating residents!

Stickin It To The Man
There's this credit card company that has sent their crappy applications to the 201 about 10 times now (not even exagerrating). When I looked in the mail earlier today and saw yet another one, I decided I was through with their bullshit. So, I opened it up, stuffed everything in the business reply envelope and mailed it back to them. That way they know what its like to get shit in the mail, and on top of it, since its business reply they have to pay for the postage. Oh, and on the actual application I wrote in big bold letters, "Fuck Off" just to add some spice. That'll learn 'em.

Dun Got Serenade
I just got a drunk phone call from Pat who's partying it up at 519 right now. When I answered he said, "Listen Brad" then starting singing the chorus to Mr. Big's "To Be With You."

Suck Your Blood Off
Yesterday the ECU College Democrats sponsored a blood drive on campus and it was a huge success. The place was packed and a line went out the door for most of the day. We didn't get out of there till like 9:30 because it took so long to get everyone in and out. 211 people signed up something like 148 people donated. Good work Colly Dems.

In other news, tonight I'm going to watch one of my favorite movies of all time. It never fails to put a smile on my face, and stars...uhhh....this guy.

Thanks
Thanks to everyone who helped make my birthday special. I had a great time last night. I got Happy Bday IMs, phone calls, Facebook messages, facebook wall changes, cards, and presents. You guys rock my face off!

That game, "You Got Drunk" was awesome wasn't it?

Holla!
Since its such a beautiful day and I'm in such a good mood I decided to open my window and jam out to some good tunes. I had just got done doing some push and sit-ups (trying to buff up and strengthen my back) when I was standing near the window shaving. Then a jeep full of broads pulled up to the building right outside my window. Now, considering I was wearing my boxer briefs, and my boxer briefs only you'd think the right idea would be to recede into my room where they couldn't see me. Wrong! I moved a little closer to the window. ...You're welcome ladies.

Slight Change
Ok, dinner on Monday is going to be at 7:30 now, NOT 7:00. Don't forget to let me know if you can come to dinner and/or the apt afterwards for a rousing game of, "You Got Drunk!"

Trust me, awesomeness will ensue.

Mierda En Mi Cara
This is old news, but I just thought I'd throw this up here. Its one of the greatest games ever! I give you... El Emigrante

Alberta Alberta
Spring break is finally almost over. I'm getting tired of 90% of my friends being out of town.

Gameplan Set
Ok, never mind that last post, I've got a plan. First we're going to go out to dinner. I'm thinking El Ranchito at 7:00pm. Afterwards, we're coming back here to the 201 where we're going to watch You Got Served and play a drinking game. Its a new game I devised earlier today so I'll explain the rules when we get to that point. Just know that it involves the movie and the rules are extremely simple. That's the big plan so if you're game then holla at cha boi!

Just Another Year
Jill reminded me earlier today that my birthday is this Monday. The thing is though, is that I'm really not all that interested. At this point in life getting older doesn't mean anything. I can already do all the things I want to do like watch rated R movies and buy beer so what's another year? Megan has been hounding me to do something for my birthday, but I'm pretty apathetic about it. I also don't want people spending money on me for my birthday. I don't need presents, and I don't necessarily need a party. I guess I'll at least have some kind of birthday dinner. We'll see though.

Big Brother is Hooked on Smack
I have an account set up with StatCounter.com which is a website that keeps track of how many people visit my site, when they visit, how often, and all that good stuff. I was looking over where the last 100 hits came from and 3 of them are from the American Substance Abuse Professionals in Ashburn, VA. Your guess is as good as mine.

Khaki Snap!
I've finally got a new Featured Flava today. Since ECU has decided to cut off my free web space I've been on a search for a free and easy replacement. Now that I've got something going I can update the Featured Flava and upload more pictures. The flava I'm bringing you today is by a couple friends of mine, Big-E and A-Train. It's their latest single off of the Wheat St Sessions album. Check out Benson Twins (Beeaitch) and get your mind blown with crunkness.

Springtime Blues
Man, spring break sucks. Pretty much everyone is gone. In some cases they're in better places (NYC, and Charleston) but in other cases they're in not so better places (Hertford). Either way things are pretty slow around here.

Oh yeah, the phone interview went well so I'm going to be flying out to Chicago for a face-to-face interview with an area manager over there. I'm a little worried though that this place might be my only chance. That certainly doesn't ease the pressure.

Kids These Days
This Saturday night at around midnight I was leaving Taco Bell (Mmmm Chalupas!) going down Greenville blvd when the cars in front of me started slowing down considerably. I didn't see anything up ahead so I was pretty confused as to what was going on. As I got closer I realized the reason traffic was stopping was because there were like 20-30 high schoolish kids just kinda hanging out in and around the street. I don't know what the hell brought them there but it was weird as hell. A couple boys were in the middle turning lane and it looked like they might be looking to fight each other. Blew my mind. Damn kids need to find something better to do.

Job Blitzkrieg
I had been slacking off on the job hunt way too much recently so today when I got home from work I spent several hours getting shit done. In that span I registered for two online job databases, applied to Corner Bakery, Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants, 2 jobs with Hilton, 4 jobs with Hyatt, and sent follow-up emails to 5 different companies. I definitely earned some of this tonight and tomorrow.

Also, the blog would like to wish one Jillian Doub a very happy 21st Birthday! Let's hope she does something crazy and doesn't remember doing it.

It Sucks, and It Cuts
The job hunt is sucking my will to live.

This post is dedicated to all you Wayne's World fans out there.

Beer and Octane
I stayed extra long at work today so I managed to make a career high in lunch shift tips with $43. Bad news is though, only $3.50 was left by the time I got home because I needed a full tank of gas and a twelve-pack of beer.

Hoes and Tricks
Apparently, today is International Women's Day. So be sure to beat your women extra hard today so they don't forget who's in charge.

Liquid Cavity In a Cup
Shannon, Cohen, and I did Meals on Wheels today since it’s the little pet volunteer project for College Democrats. We noticed a lot of Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers outside the volunteer center which just shows you that Republicans hate poor old people (just kidding). Afterwards we did the Cohen tradition by visiting B's Barbeque which is right down the road. This place is pretty famous for their barbeque and also pretty gross at the same time. For those who haven't been there, it’s in this little run-down white shack on the outskirts of Greenville. The inside is pretty damn nasty looking and reminded Shannon and I of the place in the old Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I noticed they barely squeaked by with a 91.5 sanitation score, and I also couldn't place a soap dispenser next to their sink. Hmm, yeah. I didn't get any barbeque, but I tried some of Cohen’s and I must say it was pretty good. Not a ton of flavor, but it was tender as hell. I should have just stopped at the pork cause the sweet tea made Shannon and I both gag. It tasted like syrup cause it had so much sugar in it.

Road Trip to Chapel Hill
Sunday Megz and I took a little road trip to Chapel Hill to see some old friends and to be around for the Duke vs UNC basketball game. Meg and I didn't really care all that much who won the game but I figured it would be fun to just be around the craziness that ensues when these two rivals go at it. In case you didn't know, UNC did win and it was a real close, real good game. When it ended people in the bar were going nuts, and people outside were going...uhh...nutser. There was a small little riot out on Franklin street and a couple of bonfires were started out in the middle of the road. Some Tarheels were chanting, "Burn J.J. burn" which is just plain wrong. Josh compared the situation to Lord of the Flies. We also some frat boy douchebag with shorts so short that his boxers were coming out underneath. Well, after Meg and I watched the craziness we met up with Josh at Monterey and then headed downtown to find Shaun and company. I also got to see my old friend Stephanie from High School so that was cool too. We did a little bar hopping and overall had a really good time. At one of the bars some drunk dude bought Meg a beer and asked her if the bartender was her boyfriend for some reason, and also asked her, "So what's your deal?" She asked him what he meant by that and he then asked her if she wanted to make out. So, of course they did (juuuuust kidding). Another memorable quote occurred the next day when we were at this redneck gas station and Meg was looking at this huge jar of pickled pigs feet and knuckles when some guy said to her, "You know you'll stay pretty your whole life if you eat pickled pig." Ummm, yeah sure thing dude.

In short, it was a great road trip. Always nice to see my old Chapel Hill friends and to spend quality time with the Megz.

Beer, Baseball, BBQ, and a Birthday
It was in the frisbee golf field that Cohen, Jon, Steve and I began our long day of ECU Baseball tailgating. We got out there at about 9:00am and stayed till somewhere around 5:00 or 5:30. Steve brought a ridiculous amount of pork that he had been slow roasting since the night before. The stuff was amazingly good. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the whole time. The real fun started at 9:28am when I opened my first beer and Cohen opened, and funneled his second. Today's tailgating unfortunately may not happen due to possible thunderstorms. Its cool though, we had a good enough time yesterday to make up for it.

Tonight we're having a little birthday bash for Pat so if you're reading this before later tonight then feel free to get ahold of one of The 201 members for details. Tomorrow I'm heading to Chapel Hill with Megz for the Duke vs UNC basketball game. I'm hoping for a crazy fun time with my Megz.

No Man's Land
This post is for the fellas. I was at the store the other day walking casually down the aisles when I unexpectedly found myself in the tampon section. They were everyone, and I was surrounded. My natural reaction at this point was to let out a *gasp* and accelerate quickly out of the aisle. Maybe it’s just me, but do other guys get as uncomfortable as me around these feminine hygiene products?

Blow rim hand
In general I like to work. Yes, thats right, I actually enjoy working. A job makes me money and allows me to feel productive at the end of the day. I think I'm in the minority when I say this, but I definitely prefer it to school work. I never did like school and all the reading and studying it entails. It really just isn't for me, and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with it anymore. While I do like jobs, I sure as hell don't like trying to find one. So far its proven to be a tedious slow-moving process. Things really need to get going on that front.
